This is how it works: Our clients mail payments to an exclusive postal box. We collect, sort, process, image and deposit the mail in accordance with our client's specific processing instructions. The incoming payments are deposited into the checking account specified by the client. Upon request, high-quality images can then be attached to invoices and mailed to the client with a deposit summary report. An electronic transmission of all deposit items may also be obtained.

In addition, clients can access images of remittance checks and invoices via our secure Internet site. Clients may review intraday reports and images via their secure web portal. Clients can also perform dynamic inquiries based on any data element, print all images and view exception items online to determine if they should be accepted, rejected or evaluated.
