James D. Henderson

Mr. Henderson is an Executive Vice President and senior member of Boston Private Bank & Trust Company's Policy Committee. He is responsible for the company's investment management business. As an experienced investment strategist, he is involved with many of the Company's investment clients. In addition, Mr. Henderson is a senior member of the Peer Review Committee.

Prior to joining Boston Private Bank & Trust Company, Mr. Henderson was a Managing Director at Freedom Capital Management in Boston. At Freedom Capital, he was a senior member of the Executive Committee and Director of Sales for this $4 billion asset management firm. Before joining Freedom Capital in the 1980s, Mr. Henderson held a senior executive position at Shawmut National Bank of Boston.

A graduate of Colby College, Mr. Henderson is currently involved with various community activities throughout Greater Boston.
