Anne L. Randall joined Boston Private Bank & Trust Company in May, 1995. With 15 years experience in the Financial Services industry, Ms. Randall is Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Administrative Officer at Boston Private Bank & Trust Company, a $2.8 billion fully owned subsidiary of Boston Private Financial Holdings (NASDAQ: BPFH).

Prior to joining Boston Private, Ms. Randall worked for KPMG in the Financial Institutions practice. She is a member of the Financial Executives Institute, the Treasurers’ Club of Boston, and the Financial Managers Society, and also serves on the Board of Overseers of the Boston Children’s Museum.

Ms. Randall holds a BS degree in Accounting from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst and is a Certified Public Accountant.
